Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for PaisaMap (paisamaps.com), operated by Cooter Studio, a sole proprietorship of Raghotham Harisha (GSTIN 29BJUPR8491Q1ZI) ("we", "us"). PaisaMap is a digital service delivered online: nothing is shipped, and access starts as soon as payment is confirmed.

Credits

Credits are used for paid actions such as forecasts, reports and expansion recommendations. Credit packs are not refundable, including any credits you haven't used yet: they stay in your account for you to use. The only exceptions are the payment problems and service failures listed under "When we refund" below.

Plans and subscriptions

You can cancel a plan at any time by writing to us.

Monthly plans. A cancelled monthly plan stays active until the end of the billing month you already paid for, and does not renew after that. We don't refund part of a month. For example, if your plan renews on the 5th and you cancel on the 18th, you keep the plan until the 4th of the next month and are not charged again.

Annual plans paid upfront. If you cancel, we refund the months you haven't started. Annual plans are priced below twelve monthly payments, so the months you have used (including the current one) are charged at the monthly price: refund = amount paid − (months used × monthly price), and never less than zero. Plans bought on a signed order form follow the refund terms in that order form.

When we refund

• Duplicate or failed charges. If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving credits or access, we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
• Service failure. If a paid action fails on our side and can't be redone, we return the credits it cost, or refund the payment if you prefer.

How to ask for a refund

Email ragho@paisamaps.com from the address on your account, with the order or invoice number if you have it. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) and usually reach you in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. If GST was charged on the payment, the GST on the refunded amount is refunded with it and we issue a GST credit note.

Free trials

A trial is free to start and needs no refund. If a trial converts to a paid plan and you didn't want it, write to us within 7 days of the first charge.
